16 Stables is our home, so first things first… welcome !
16 Stables is also the HQ of all operations, it’s the central place to our of the food focused world, it’s the place the magic happens. We are set on a half acre residential block on the outskirts of Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands NSW.

Our Team

Richard Robinson

I created 16 stables as a business with the vision to share my knowledge that I have accumulated over the last 20 years working in some of the worlds best restaurants.

As well as sharing what I have learnt about food development and manufacturing over the last 8 years. With the goal to give everyday people the information and insight they need to make the right decisions around the food they eat and feed to their families.

I am originally from the northeast of England, and I have had a passion for food as long as I can remember, food is in my blood, My father inspired me me to cook and my oldest Brother is also a chef. Food has always been the centre of my world even before I was a chef.
